GoodWaste is an ongoing project by Truss, a London-based design collective established in 2019 by Ambra Dentella, Ewan Alston and Rafael El Baz after the trio met at the Royal College of Art.

The project aims to challenge existing production models and replace them with a socially and environmentally sustainable alternative. They make objects, interiors and installations that are deeply routed in a specific locality via an awareness of its material flows, waste streams and surrounding communities.

GoodWaste have worked with public and private bodies including Create, OPDC/The Mayor’s Office and Selfridges, where they are selling a range of homeware products made from waste. They are currently part of the innovationRCA accelerator programme.
